Add/remove 'temporary shuns'.
Temporary shuns are shuns added on a specified target for
_the current session only_, this means if the user reconnects
the shun will be gone.

Tempshun komutu sadece geçici shun atmaktır. Yani /shun ve /tempshun aynı, ama sadece user çıkıp girene kadar işlemesi /tempshun komutunun tek farkı. Ayrıca shun attın diye ping düşmez ve zaten diğerlerinin ne yaptığını görüyor, farkı yok.
